Who we are

Nickan CDC is a New Jersey nonprofit community lender. We originate and hold our own loans. Our administrative office is 231 Bakers Basin Road, Unit 5-2, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648.

Information we collect

If you write to us through this site, your message is sent by email to stayebi@nickancdc.org. That note may include your name, organization, title, email address, and any comments you choose to provide. This website does not store form submissions in a database on the page you are viewing.

If you later submit a loan application, we collect the financial and identity information required to review the request and to make a credit decision. That information is used to evaluate the request, to book and service a loan we hold, and to meet legal requirements.

How we use and share information

We use contact information to answer questions about loans, financial education, credit counseling, and business advising. We do not sell personal information. We share information only when the law requires it, or with a service provider who must see it to help us operate.

Retention and security

We keep files for as long as needed to service a loan and to meet recordkeeping rules that apply to a nonprofit lender. Access is limited to people who have a legitimate need to see the file.
